How to order your
promotional product
Ordering your promotional products with us is a simple 3 step process. One of our friendly staff will be more than happy to help you through the process.
Step one Product details
Send an email to [email protected] with the details of the products you want to order. Make sure to include the following information:
- Product name
- Quantity
- Requested product colour
Step two Design
Send us through what you would like printed on your promotional product. It may be a line of text, or your company logo. Make sure to include the following information if relevant:
- Logo (we prefer it as a vector based, .EPS or .AI file)
- Line of text (if applicable)
- Specific Font (if applicable)
- Specific printed colour (Pantone Matching System preferred)
If you require us to create the design send through the details.
Step three Approval
We will send you a digital proof for approval before production, along with an invoice for payment. If approved for production simply reply ‘APPROVED for production’. Make sure to include the following information as well:
- Company or personal name
- Contact details
- Delivery address
- Delivery deadline (if required for an event or special function)
